Mixed Martial Arts is a style
of fighting that includes all styles of martial arts.

Most people recognize it as UFC fighting with the likes
of Forrest Griffin, Georges St Pierre, and Randy Coture. The
MMA program teaches a combination of kickboxing and
submission grappling. This is a very challenging
workout program designed to get you ready for amateur
level cage fighting, boxing, and kickboxing. it's
also perfect for people who just want to amp up their
workout routine or lose weight. Participants must
be 16 or over (exceptions may be made at instructors
discretion).

most popular and teaches kicks, forms, hand strikes and
real-life self defense. Students ages 7 & up learn the
value of physical fitness, dicipline, confidence, and
respect for self and others. Students learn the arts
of Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, and weaponry
